SERVICES: Residential and Commercial
-Back Water Valves installation (up to $1,250.00 rebate from City of Toronto
- Pipe Burst Hydraulic and/or Pneumatic used to replace old clay sewer lines
- Video Camera Inspection for underground drains, also location of the pipes available
- Install new Mixing Valves (above Hot Water Tank) , best made in US , Apollo brand, THERMOSTATIC MIXING VALVE 3/4" HYDRONIC SERIES .
- Interior or exterior waterproofing complete with Sump Pit and sump pumps, battery back up sump pump systems Liberty 441, all covered by City of Toronto rebates under "Basement Flooding Program"
- copper water lines repairs, Main Shutoff valves replacements, Pressure Reducing Valves, install new sinks, vanities, faucets, drains, repairs if parts are still available.
SPECIALTIES: BackWater Valves installations, sewer line replacements/repairs,use of Pipe Burst hydraulic or pneumatic, torpedo water services (we use copper only, no plastic for water services), interior waterproofing, Sump Pit and Sump Pump installations, copper water lines repairs and much more.
INSTALL NEW WATER SERVICES
Many times old houses are still having the old LEAD pipes bringing water in the houses from City. Homeowners are responsible for replacing the private section of these pipes.
Using the latest technology, trenchless Torpedo shot, we do install new Water Services, 3/4" which is minimum requirement now for a water service , and/or 1" pipes when needed (usually large square footage homes with more than 3 bathrooms and sprinklers systems) .
We use ONLY COPPER pipes, the special "K" type copper for underground installations, we do not use and strongly recommend customers to avoid any kind of poly, plastic, pex pipes for water services.
Using the Torpedo shot are doing minimal damage to the properties, many times will require an outside excavation on property line and an inside trench next to front wall where existent Water Meter is, in order to do the Torpedo. A new Main Shutoff Valve to be installed, a "stop and waste" Ball Valve.

SEWER LINE REPAIRS, REPLACEMENTS ,
We offer a full range of services for drain roto cleaning, snaking sewer lines using Ridgid K-60 heavy duty drain machines with 7/8" cables where we can attach different heads to cut grease or tree roots penetrating old clay pipes.
In order to repair or fully replace broken, clogged drain lines, we do inside or outside excavations, by hand or using machinery where is possible.
We also offer using trenchless replacement of drain lines by using Hydraulic or Pneumatic Pipe Burst technology, which allows to install a brand new piping. This is not the epoxy, lining of the pipes (Formadrain how sometimes is called), it is an actual full replacement of the old pipes. Hydraulic Pipe Burst can work with any kind of pipe, 4"or 6", clay or plastic or cast-iron kind.
We do strongly recommend full removal of old Building Trap and Breather (those pipes with like a mushroom cap sometimes you'll see on front yard) because this is one of the main cause for sewage floods and backups.
For us is mandatory and we are responsible to call for Utilities Location before we dig.
We offer a 25 YEARS FULL WARRANTY for the pipes we replace. We use the latest technology, RIDGID VIDEO CAMERA inspections, locations to provide the most accurate estimates and options available.

BACKWATER VALVES
We offer full installation of BackWaterValves (manufactured by Mainline, in USA) on 4”sewer/sanitary or storm lines, interior or exterior installations, to prevent floods. City of Toronto has a rebate of up to $1250$ under the Basement Flooding Program
We can help getting the required Permit for you from City and we do all scheduling with City in order for a City Inspector to come and check on the installation when Backwater Valve is installed and still exposed. Also City of Mississauga offers a $750 rebate for a BackWaterValve installation and in Vaughan there is also a rebate available, up to 750$.

Also City of Markham is offering now rebates for Backwater Valves installed on Sewer or Storm lines up to 3500$ or even more if installed outdoor. Check their website for more details
BackWaterValves are devices made to prevent floods, as per manufacturer requirement they should be inspected at least once a year to make sure the flapper/ gate stays clean and will work when needed. Our cost to come and clean these BWValves when required is 150$.

PLUMBING INSTALLATIONS, REPAIRS
We offer a full range of plumbing installations and repairs.
We supply and install Toto toilets (Ultramax II , Legato, Supreme, Aquaia), American Standard, Kohler and many other kinds, also we install toilets supplied by customers. We repair any kind of toilet as long as parts are still available.
We supply and install faucets of all kinds, for kitchen and bathroom, laundry or bar sinks, RIOBEL, RUBINET, Aquabrass, KWC, GROHE, Kohler, Delta, Moen and many others. We offer repairs if parts are still available, most of the time might end up replacing completely the faucets because of lack of parts.
We install kitchen and bathroom sinks, Laundry tubs, best shut off valves (always a high quality ball valves) and almost everything related to plumbing.
We supply and install a high quality Mixing Valve for Hot Water Tanks, Apollo, made in USA.
We repair or replace burst pipes, repair pinholes, leaky connections, outside garden hose bibs.
We do not offer full renovations anymore or radiators.

WATERPROOFING, SUMP PUMP AND PIT INSTALLATIONS
We offer Sump Pump and Sump Pit installations, repairs. We try hard to provide always high quality pumps that will last longer and will work 100% when are really needed. That's why we always use Liberty Pumps, made in NY, USA. We can install pumps supplied by customers too.
City of Toronto offers an available subsidy = 80% of the invoiced cost up to a maximum of $1,750 for:
Installation of sump pump Replacement of existing sump pump Installation of alarm for sump pump Installation of back-up power for sump pump
Another available subsidy = 80% of the invoiced cost up to a maximum of $400 including eligible labour, materials and taxes, for:
Disconnection of foundation drains (weeping tiles) from the City’s sewer system by severing and capping the underground sewer connection
We offer complete Waterproofing and weeping tiles installation, interior or exterior, using high quality materials and workmanship.
We also install LIBERTY model 441 Back-up Sump Pump system including a Marine Deep-Cycle Battery M27, City of Toronto will cover up to 80 % of the cost. Lately we started installing the newer Liberty model 442 with Night-Eye and StormCell, where pump is a lot stronger and also allows the use of a stronger (one or two) deep cycle Marine battery to operate the pump

Another back up sump pump system we install is Liberty SJ10, water operated, no need for battery, unlimited operational time.
We also do Sewage Pit and Sewage Pump installations, using same high quality LIBERTY sewage ejectors, made in USA

Replace existing kitchen faucet and odor from the basement
We had Valentin from strong plumbing fix some plumbing issues at our old house 3 years ago where he had done a great job so getting him in for some work again was an easy choice! Backwater Valve
Valentin from Strong Plumbing Inc contacted me quickly after contacting him through the Homestars web sight. He gave me a competitive quotation and clearly explained the work that needed to be done and how much the city rebate should be. Once I had decided to go with Strong Plumbing Valentin quickly got the permit for the work, which he then emailed me a copy of. The following Tuesday his crew showed up early to accommodate my schedule. They completed the job in a very clean and professional manner. They covered the floors with drop clothes and the area around the work area with plastic to catch all of the dust. They installed the backwater valve to current plumbing codes and were on sight for the inspection which the work passed. Valentin then walked me through how to apply for the city rebate. Since they were working in my home I had Valentin fix a few other issues with pipes in our older home. They installed new plumbing to the washing machine and fixed the drain in the laundry tub, they also installed a new outside tap and shut off with a proper drain. For any future plumbing issues I will be calling Valentin and his crew.
